AquaBrite® Textile Colors are water-based screen printing inks for fabric. As the name suggests, water-based inks are those which can be dissolved in water. Such inks use water as the main component to carry the color pigment.
Water-based ink completely soaks into the fabric instead of sitting on it. This is the reason why water-based screen printing inks give a soft, clean, and a long-lasting print. Moreover, one with no, or little screen printing experience can work efficiently with water-based ink.
AquaBrite® Low Crock can be added to your ready to use fabric inks to improve color rub fastness (reduce crocking).
Crocking is the phenomenon by which color rubs off the fabric after printing.
Low Crock should be added to your ready to use colors in a ratio of 5 to 8 ounces per gallon of fabric ink.
